There doesn't seem to be anything for those pairings pending and nothing has been approved to the tagset yet so I'm not sure why it would be kicking that response to you. Perhaps AO3 is just being unruly. Try it again tomorrow to see if it will go through and if not, let me know so I can manually add them to the tagset.
