Comment on this post, contact the mod directly via email or discord, or simply default on your assignment on AO3 if you don't think you will be able to get it done in time.
As a lifelong procrastinator (and someone who in the distant past defaulted on exchanges myself): please, please be realistic about your ability to complete your assignment. It's tough to admit defeat, but if you are going to default, it's best to do it early so your pinch-hitters have more time.

My name is Capitola, I'm taking over modding for this year due to the usual mod having other commitments. I've been a participant in Critmas for the last three years, and I've modded the Summer Wildflowers exchange for the last two, and I'm very excited to be running the exchange this year!

How Nominations Work:
This exchange is for content directly related to Critical Role, that means Campaign One, Campaign Two, and Campaign 3 characters and cast, Exandria Unlimited characters and cast, Critical Role One Shot characters and cast, Talks Machina cast, Critical Recap cast, and other "on-air" talent for the Critical Role show or channel. Other Geek & Sundry and outside projects of Critical Role cast do not qualify. If you have a question about whether or not the content you want to nominate qualifies, please ask a mod.
Fanworks Categories (For use in Fandom Section of nominations, requests and offers)
- Critical Role Campaign One
- Critical Role Campaign Two
- Critical Role Campaign Three
- Exandria Unlimited
- Exandria Unlimited: Calamity
- Critical Role RPF
- Critical Crossovers
- Critical One-Shots & Specials Series (One shots and Specials Series should be nominated, requested and offered under their specific titles. e.g. UnDeadwood, Thursday by Night, Yeehaw Game Ranch, etc - One shots that tie into the main campaigns should be nominated under either Critical Role Campaign One, Critical Role Campaign Two, or Critical Crossovers.)
This year I have already entered the Fandoms for the main categories as well as any Fandom titles for any one-shots or specials that were nominated in prvious years. Please use these fandom names when nominating and follow the same naming conventions when nominating any one-shots or specials not already in the tagset, please and thank you.
You can nominate up to 20 different characters or pairings in up to 7 fandoms/Categories. Fandoms/Categories may be repeated. If you have an issue with the nominations form not allowing you to repeat a fandom/category, please contact a mod and we'll get you sorted out.
Characters & Groups;
You can nominate individual characters or groups of characters. To nominate individual characters, just use the character's name. If your character has multiple versions across fandoms, please specify the fandom in parentheses after their name. If you'd like to nominate a group, please use the format;
Group: Character A & Character B (for platonic relationships)
Group: Character A/Character B (for for romantic relationships).
Whether nominating individual characters or groups they should be entered into the "characters" box on the nominations form.
Nominations that include characters from multiple campaigns or one-shots or that are meta (Cast meets characters, cast becomes characters, etc) should be nominated under the Critical Crossover fandom category.
When nominating characters please use the AO3 canonical tag where available. For Characters without a canonical tag, please use the full character name. Please disambiguate characters as needed by adding (critical role) at the end of their name.
When nominating Groups please list the characters in alphabetical order by first name as this makes the task of eliminating doubles much easier.
